Welcome to Gullwoods. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood just a short walk from the famous Grandview Lodge, Gull Lake, golfing, restaurants and unique shops and other amenities. The public boat access is only minutes away so you can enjoy boating on the Gull Lake chain. Lots of yard space and enough on-site parking for an 18’ boat. Features a screen house and fire pit in the back yard for relaxing moments in the north country!
The Space:
Take a short drive to Nisswa and enjoy breweries, restaurants and a unique shopping experience! Welcome to the Gull Lake area.
Main level features large living space with 2 bathrooms and 1 main bedroom. Main floor laundry, nice kitchen area with center island. Upper level features 2 bedrooms. Back yard with gazebo and lots of yard space.
The Neighborhood:
You are in Grand View's back yard. Close proximity to Dining, Glacial Waters Spa, Golf and shopping. The lake and beach are just down the path for lakeside enjoyment.

* REMINDER: Fireplace is not for guest use. Please DO NOT LIGHT FIREPLACE.
* All cancellations follow booking platform rules as outlined. Refunds do not include credit card processing fees, those are non-refundable.

This house had many unique characteristics to it to include 32 lamps! Kitchen was very well stocked with everything you need. Plenty of space for sitting comfortably and conversing. Loved the location being so close to Grandview Lodge and downtown Nisswa. We accidentally locked ourselves out one morning and luckily we could walk to Grandview and sit in the bar because it took over 2 hours for the property manager to unlock the door. The house could benefit from a deep cleaning. Lots of cobwebs and a strong cat urine smell. Overall a pretty good stay.
