The “House of Champions” comes to you hosted by Sue and Tony. Enjoy not only a place to lay your head but a true EXPERIENCE. Our desire was to provide a place that will bring excitement to your long-awaited vacation or “stay-cation”. That’s right…does your group need some variety based everyone's needs?
Designed by one of the best designers in the Orlando area, the House of Champions accommodates both adults and kids alike. Fully renovated in 2022, EVERY room has its own unique theme whether just a chic look OR a popular theme. This house may not be for everyone but for those that like “well done” and being spoiled with amenities…this one is for you. Read on to understand why.
This home is truly a FUN home with something for everyone. If you like to cook and/or grill, this home comes with a fully stocked kitchen and an outdoor grill (additional daily fee applies) so no need to wait for one to be delivered by an outside company. It will be there when you get there! Are you a movie buff? Experience our theatre room with a state-of-the-art sound system, plush seating. Perhaps you would like to hang out in the open loft and play a game of pool or relax on the chic yellow couch while watching the game on the big screen TV. How about hours of fun in the air-conditioned Arcade Room with all the popular arcade games you remember from years back, and PS4 ? You also can enjoy our pleasant pool atmosphere or simply relax downstairs in the main living area and pair your device to our Bose sound system for your enjoyment. Whether some in your group are looking for the “park scene” or the “stay behind scene”, this house will accommodate both agendas. If this isn’t enough…Champions Gate resort has the exclusive Oasis Club only 100 yards away from our back door. This is one of the best Club Houses around with (2) pools, a lazy river, restaurant, outdoor bars, inside movie theater, and much, much more. No need to drive and fight for a parking spot.
Resort amenities, including clubhouse, pool, splash pad, and recreational facilities are managed by the HOA and maybe subject to temporary closures maintenance whether or limited hours without notice we are not able to guarantee availability.
There are two (2) King Suites on the first floor both with their own bathrooms. There are six (6) additional bedrooms, including (3) themed bedrooms on the second floor. All themed bedrooms have two (2) sets of bunk beds in each room including a total of (8) Twin Beds and (4) Double Beds. This house can accommodate 20 people depending on sleeping arrangements and mix of adults and children. Themed bedrooms include Moana, Monsters Inc and Star Wars decked out with LED lights and fun murals as seen in the pictures. There are several bathrooms upstairs for everyone to share.
The garage area was renovated into an ARCADE room featuring Ski Alpine Racer, Time Crisis 4, Hydro Thunder, and Fast & Furious Tokyo Drift Racing to mention a few. Log into your own PS4 account or use the games we’ve already downloaded.
We LOVE our house and we hope you will as well.
Here are some other amenities WE offer:
• Fully stocked kitchen for dining plus toaster, blender, coffee maker etc.
• Starter kit of Shampoo, bath soap, dish detergent, dish washer liquid, trash bags.
• 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
• Use of washer and dryer
• Use of an outdoor grill (additional fee applies)
• Free Wifi
• Oasis club at Champions gate
Import things to note:
We can heat the private pool and Hot Tub for 38$ a day.
We can provide access to a propane grill for 12$/day.
**We provide some basic house hold starter items to help get your trip started. Please note, for longer stays you may need to purchase additional supplies.
Important Rules:
-This is not a party house, quiet hours will be strictly enforced.
-Do not move any furniture or appliances. Nothing is to be moved or modified in the home.
All persons MUST BE 25 years of age or older to stay in this property (this does not include children and young adults accompanied by their parents).
Our property is a high-tech, entertainment-focused space, featuring a wide range of modern amenities—including multiple arcade games designed for you to enjoy throughout your stay. While we take great care to keep everything running smoothly, occasional technical issues can arise that are beyond our control.
If something isn’t working—such as an arcade game, TV, pool heater, or any other electronic feature—please note that we’re unable to offer refunds for technology-related disruptions.
We do not provide playstation games, guests must use their own account and games.
We appreciate your understanding as you enjoy all the features our home has to offer.

Our family has a great time! We had a baby, kids ages 8-16, adults, and a few senior citizens in our group. The house was perfect for all of us. We enjoyed everything. Tony, our host, responded very promptly with our questions! I highly recommend!!

The Arsenault family has done a fantastic job with this property. We stayed over Thanksgiving week and used it as a gathering place for our large family. We weren’t there for the theme parks—we specifically wanted a home that felt like a resort on its own, with plenty to do so it never got boring. This place absolutely delivered.The house is spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up for groups. The movie theater was a huge hit and easily fit all of us. We spent hours in the game room—between the pool table, classic arcade machines, and newer systems like the Oculus and PS4, everyone found something they loved. We honestly spent 100% of our time at the house and never once felt the need to leave.If you’re visiting during the winter months, I definitely recommend paying to heat the pool and spa. It made the cooler evenings so relaxing. The Oasis Club’s lazy river was also a blast—more energetic than relaxing, but still a ton of fun—and it’s heated, so perfect even when it’s chilly outside. Our little ones loved the splash pad too, even though that water wasn’t heated.Any small hiccups (like dead batteries in the Oculus controllers) were handled immediately through the VRBO app. Communication was fast and smooth, and checkout was incredibly easy.We’ve already talked about coming back. Highly recommend this home for families or groups looking to stay somewhere that is the vacation—not just a place to sleep.

Tony was very quick to respond with any issues that we had which was very few. The house was beautiful, spacious and very clean. It accommodated my whole family of 12 perfectly and everyone had their own space and privacy. I highly recommend this property and can’t wait to stay here again.

Great place, Very well decorated, Hosts were very responsive. Just bad luck I guess that pool heater didnt work, theatre room couldn't be used, AC in game room didnt work, fan in master couldn't be used, and I had to make a couple trips to get batteries for remotes so guests could use TVs. Hosts were responsive and got things fixed but we paid a lot and just expect those things to work day 1 and not day 2 or day 3-4 for the theatre room.
