About this house rental
Beautifully updated townhome in desirable Serenity Point. Great ocean facing location- only one home away from the community beach walk-over. This lovely home has an open feel, the living area walks out to the oceanside deck with beautiful views of the wide dunes and ocean beyond. The dining area is just off the living room and has a breakfast bar between the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen has everything you need for your vacation. The middle level also features a half bath with full size washer and dryer.
The upper level has a large primary bedroom with beautiful ocean views, desk space ready for you to work from home if needed, a comfy king size bed, and a primary bath. The second bedroom features a queen bed and single bed for added sleeping space and is located across the hall from the second full bath. There is a ladder accessed queen sleeping space in the loft off the steps. Under the home is a carport with outside sand shower, and space to store your beach equipment. Serenity Point's unique locations gives you easy access to the breathtaking south end of the island for leisurely walks around the point. There is also a community pool in Serenity Point open seasonally. Linens (sheets and towels) included. This home is no smoking on the premises. Pre-Approved dogs under 25 lbs are permitted with pet fees paid - $250 per pet. (2 max small dogs max)

This is a wonderful spot. We love sitting on the porch facing the ocean and we loved walking on the beach. The kitchen is well stocked in supplies. The furniture and beds are very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and will be back. Thank you for continuing to rent.

We have stayed at The Crenshaw before and it does not disappoint. Well appointed and just perfect for us to relax with our small pup! We look forward to another visit in the future

We always love staying in Serenity Point. The beach is beautiful and not crowded. Easy access to the soundside for sunsets. Also the pool is great. We loved the Censhaw however we were disappointed at the cleanliness when we arrived. The two bathrooms were not cleaned well. We had to do it. The floors were gritty and dirty. Overall the accomedations were nice and fit well for our family needs. Easy access to the beach was great. We had a lovely time.
