Downstairs, the fun continues in the game room, complete with a pool table, arcade games, a bunk room, and a second seasonal fireplace for cozy evenings. The lower deck is home to your own private hot tub, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure.

• Parties, events, and smoking are strictly prohibited to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors. Thank you for respecting our home and community!

This is a nice location close to Dollywood.
Our group of 4 adults and 4 children were comfortable and the location is not far from the parkway and everything we needed. Host took care of our needs.

My family of 6 (including kids from age 10-15) all thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The house is provided a great base to explore the Smoky Mountains. The kids loved the game room and hot tub while I loved the view from the deck and the amazing sunsets each night. We had a minor hiccup checking in but the host was so responsive and within minutes we were in the house. The community pool was great to have and never busy. The house is in a great location and close to everything we wanted to do. Overall, I highly recommend staying here.

We loved our stay in Pitch Perfect. The beds were comfortable and we were so close to Dollywood! The parking is very steep but we managed just fine. Check in and out was simple and very well explained. Great place for a girls weekend!
