About this cottage rental
Centrally located for your Maine adventures and close to town for all your shopping needs and only minutes away from I95. Newly built cottage on the lake with perfect access in the winter months to main snowmobile trails, cross country skiing and snowshoeing. The summer months are perfect for relaxing or enjoying the water activities with a newly added dock for 2026. Three bedroom and two full bathrooms. Master with King size bed and en suite. Two electric fireplaces, big screen tv with high speed internet. Outside deck with firepit and Blackstone gridle. Just steps away to the water. Sleeps up to 8 people. Sebasticook Lake draws down the water after Labor day for yearly maintenance, it resembles the coastline when the tide is out. Great for exploring.

Had a bit of an issue with communication as I did not receive the emails with information prior to check in but Jason was extremely helpful in assisting me with the information needed as was there at time of check in to assist with my questions. The home was lovely with a very nice outdoor area for kids and adults. My grandchildren came to visit and loved the outdoor play area set up for children. Overall this was a very pleasant experience and I would highly recommend.

This is our second time at this location. This is a great place to stay on the lake and the host is always responsive a welcoming. We will stay here again.

This place is amazing. It's very clean and accommodating. It has everything you would need while you are away from home. There is enough space for you and your family not feel on top of each other. Ample parking space. Plenty of appliances and you don't have to travel back with dirty clothes because they conveniently have a washer and dryer installed which is very helpful. Only a 30 min drive to/from the Bangor airport. I highly recommend it and I will be looking to book in the future when I am back in the area.
