Falto un poco de mantenimiento

The location was beautiful, within walking distance of some great restaurants and nature walks. The staff were friendly and gave good local recommendations. Breakfast timings were limited, but a nice spread to start your day.

Because we were staying out of season, we were the only guests in the hotel. We had some problems with the heating in the room. The radiators were leaking and on making the room unbearably hot. When we reported this, the hostess said her husband had closed the radiators and wasn't around to have another look. Upon our return in the evening, our bedroom felt like a sauna. The hostess responded imminently to our report over WhatsApp and said she would turn off the central heating altogether. This, however, did not solve the problem, resulting in a bad night sleep. The next day, we managed to fully close the radiators ourselves with some basic tools, resulting in the radiators leaking worse than before. The leaking of the radiators, too, was dismissed by the hostess. Lastly, when we reported that our toilet was clogged, the hostess provided us with a plunger to declog the toilet ourselves (for those interested, after about 20 minutes we managed ;)).
