Quarto bem espaçoso.

Café da manhã.

La ducha : no me gustó porque el agua salpica por el pasillo del baño por lo tanto el piso se moja .... le hace falta una puerta o algo que bloqueé la salida del agua.

Limpeza, tranquilo, tamanho do quarro e banheiros. Gostei muito do fato do hotel fica no meio de uma mata, próximo ao rio, inclusive era possível ouvir o barulho do rio do hotel. Era como se eu estivesse hospedado numa charmosa cabana no meio de um floresta nevada. A experiência foi incrível. Precisei de água quente para fazer o leite da minha filha à noite e, gentilmente, me forneceram uma chaleira elétrica.

Eu esperava um café da manhã mais repleto. No primeiro dia não havia ovos. Basicamente eram pães, bolos doces, iogurte e frutas. Faltou um mesa de frios, com queijos, presunto, senti falta de chocolate quente.

The location was beautiful, within walking distance of some great restaurants and nature walks. The staff were friendly and gave good local recommendations. Breakfast timings were limited, but a nice spread to start your day.

Because we were staying out of season, we were the only guests in the hotel. We had some problems with the heating in the room. The radiators were leaking and on making the room unbearably hot. When we reported this, the hostess said her husband had closed the radiators and wasn't around to have another look. Upon our return in the evening, our bedroom felt like a sauna. The hostess responded imminently to our report over WhatsApp and said she would turn off the central heating altogether. This, however, did not solve the problem, resulting in a bad night sleep. The next day, we managed to fully close the radiators ourselves with some basic tools, resulting in the radiators leaking worse than before. The leaking of the radiators, too, was dismissed by the hostess. Lastly, when we reported that our toilet was clogged, the hostess provided us with a plunger to declog the toilet ourselves (for those interested, after about 20 minutes we managed ;)).
