Good place but lack of instructions for checkin and checkout

The apartment is very comfortable. There's a nice restaurant just next to the hotel building.

There were no instructions how to checkin and checkout!! It turned out that the apartment is private is not managed at the reception. We arrived at 16:00, the reception was closed and we were lucky to meet workers at the hotel who showed us the apartment. The keys were on the door but the host didn't instruct us how to find the apartment. The next morning we went to the reception and it turned out they don't manage the payments. The host didn't tell us how to pay (online payment was not possible). In the end we left the cash at the reception (the lady was very kind) and sent an SMS to the host. I highly recommend to the host to put clear instructions for checkin and checkout and to enable the communication via the Booking's messaging platform. Currently, the host can only be reached by phone which can be quite expensive for foreigners.

Izuzetan Apartman je nov, cist, prostran i ima sve sto je potrebno. Odlicna vrednost za ulozen novac. U blizini je vise staza za pesacke ture u prirodi. Sama lokacija je lakse dostupna od vrha Kopaonika i sto nam se posebno dopalo, nema problema sa parkingom. Stanica gondole do vrha Mali Karaman je blizu, na par minuta hoda. Restoran nacionalne kuhinje odmah pored kompleksa. Sve pohvale za domacine, dobra komunikacija i ljubaznost, sve je kao u opisu. Sigurno cemo se vratiti porodicno i u zimskim mesecima. Sve pohvale za ovaj apartman! Prostor je izuzetno udoban, čist i veoma topao, što nam je bilo najvažnije. Osećali smo se kao kod kuće. Domaćini su ljubazni, a ambijent je baš za uživanje. Sigurno ćemo se vratiti!

Lokacija odlična, čisto i toplo. Što se tiče hrane, restoran Koliba na 20 metara od apartmana, svaka preporuka.

Odličan smestaj

Prelepo uredjen apartman sa odvojenom spavaćom sobom i izdvojenom kuhinjom koja je opremljena maksimalno. Grejanje u smestaju radi odlično! Poseduje prizemnu terasu u zelenilu, skijasnicu sa grejačima opreme i parking u garazi na zahtev. Posebna pohvala za vlasnika koji je uvek dostupan!
