Location and the fact that it was an apartment

The apartment we got DID NOT MATCH with the photos on Booking.com. I booked a 2bed apartment, with a large master bedroom. Instead, we got a 2+maid apartment with a really small master bedroom. The size of the apartment was the same, but the layout was different. For us it was VERY inconvenient because we have a toddler and a baby, and couldn’t put any of the cots in our bedroom as there was no space! I purposely booked this apartment because of the large master bedroom on the photos… i understand that there might be different types of apartments, but at least post photos of the ACTUAL apartment that you offer. Not the same photos for all apartments.

The unit was clean and similar to the photos.

After booking with Address, i got an email that the property is not managed by addressed and its managed by a third party. We still gave it a shot but all the facilities like restaurants and pool was in the hotel. They are extremely understaffed, any order will take minimum 30-45 minutes, if its not forgotten or ignored. There are only 2 restaurants inside, one was bad and complained about by many guests and the other one was average.
