The property was clean and in a good area
The elevator was down our entire trip that was not fun carrying luggage and bags up and down the stairs with small children

It would have been helpful to have a mini baby crib available.

There was plenty of room and the condo was clean and comfortable.
We were able to walk to the beach easily and the pool was nice.

The location is very good and the apartment is very comfortable. Besides, both bathrooms present good showers and the water may be dimmed according to one's preference. The kitchen is also very well equipped.
The beds are no longer as comfy as one would expect by the photos: the sheets and the bed cushion are already too used and I believe they should be replaced. Regarding the kitchen (as commented), the dishwasher is not properly working. The water couldn't be drained the first time I've tried to use it. Hence, I had to wash the dishes myself.
In the end, the property is slightly overpriced: given its current level of comfort and depreciation, the proposed rate is not suitable for a non-high season.
