Casa Jacadi Luxury Villa, Private Pool, Rooftop terrace with sea View!

Clean, good size for family of 5, comprehensive facilities, wonderful air conditioning, lovely pool, everything worked.

The house was a little sterile and could have been slightly more ‘homely’ - e.g some indoor (plastic) plants, slightly more furnishings. Washing line on the roof would be good. There is a lot of construction going on around the house which made it noisy outside during the day.

Lovely modern and newly built private villa in a peaceful area. Safe and secure with gated entrance. Great private pool and comfortable accommodation, a/c in the sitting room and master bedroom. Spacious rooms and overall the kitchen was well-equipped. The property was managed by Empire Algarve (Stephane) and they were very attentive to our needs, quick to respond to questions and very helpful. We had no hot water for the first few days but Stephane did all he could to get it fixed and then gave us a complimentary dinner out as an apology, we appreciated this gesture very much. All in all we loved the villa, location and would definitely look to stay again in the future if we can get a better price :)

Few minor issues... currently they are building more villas and these are a bit of an eye-sore as incomplete and directly affecting the view from the pool. Pictures showed a hot tub in the garden which wasn't there. Issue with the hot water but Stephane (Empire Algarve) was extremely helpful to fix for us. Just feel for the price, I would expect some simple things provided i.e. bin bags, coffee capsules for the available machine, sugar, cooking oil, kitchen cloths, pool towels etc etc. I also don't understand why there would only be a/c in one for the three bedrooms.
