Pięknie położony resort, cudowny widok na jezioro, przystań, spokój w okolicy. Duży pokój, duży balkon, klima, winda, moskitiery, zasłony, w pełni wyspowiadana kuchnia (blender ma uszkodzony kabel)
Brak pościeli do łóżeczka dziecięcego, nieprzygotowana pościel dla trzeciej osoby na kanapie, kanapa nie wygodna do spania, brak mydła do rąk w łazience, brak higienicznego dywaniku przy prysznicu, brak wykupionych platform tv

Na pograniczu Giżycka i Wilkasów. Poza zesonem cisza i spokój (pieszo do centrum około 3-4km). W pobliżu stacja kolejki, przystanek autobusowy i ścieżki rowerowe. Piękny widok na jezioro. Świetne miejsce na odpoczynek i dobra baza wypadowa na wycieczki rowerowe. Do tego boks, w którym można trzymać rowery lub inne duże gabaryty. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona. Do pełni szczęścia w kuchni brakowało mikrofali.
Tuż pod oknem przebiega promenada Niegocin, która w sezonie może przyciągnąć wielu turystów zaglądających podczas spaceru do okien, balkonów i wówczas nie będzie ciszy i prywatności.
