L'endroit est magnifique avec vu sur le Kilimandjaro ( a précisé qu'il est isolé de tout, en haut de la montagne) Le calme la beauté La propreté des lieux et le confort L'équipe est a l'écoute et propose son aide et solutions ( contacter un taxi pour le retour a l'aéroport...)

L'évacuation de l'eau dans la salle de bain peine et il n'est pas agréable d'aller aux WC avec 3cm d'eau durant des heures voir toute la nuit. Les prix proposés des activités sont très chers

Peaceful retreat on the slopes of mount Kilimanjaro. Great view of Kibo in the evening and early morning from the balcony of our room. The guided walk to the Materuni waterfalls was beautiful and not too difficult (our 5 year old managed fine). The hotel is quiet, except between the hours of 11 and 4, as the grounds of the hotel are used for coffee making demonstrations. This meant it felt lively during the day. Our children liked the swings and the many sitting areas to play. Thank you Anju for showing them how to use banana leaves! We really enjoyed the food - breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Amazing place with incredible view of Mt Kilimanjaro, friendly & helpful staff, and excellent tours. We also enjoyed the tours & staying in delightful Materuni! We came away with some coffee grown & roasted by a family in the village to remember our stay by when we are home!

Las vistas al Kilimanjaro aunque no pudimos verlas por las nubes y las lluvias. Pero se ve que es el lugar más cercano allí. Y un chico llamado Josef que nos ayudó muchísimo, junto a Robert con quien hicimos la ruta a Materuni Waterfalls.

La comida no tienen opciones, y lo que tienen es terrible. Y encima por una cena de unos tallarines y unas patatas fritas con mil marcas negras/grises nos cobraron 40$ para dos personas. A parte de cobrarnos una noche que ni estuvimos pese a que la avisamos que nos teníamos que ir porque el coche que teníamos era de alquiler y por condiciones meteorológicas y evitar quedarnos tirados por segunda vez debido al barro y la lluvia tuvimos que abandonar, no tuvieron ni el gesto de consideración. Más bien te querían sacar el dinero, y mira que nosotros fuimos agradables y dimos mucha propina a los empleados para solo haber estado 1 día ahí. Por otro lado, se encuentra en una zona muy montañosa y 0 preparada para llegar. Alquilamos un coche SUV y nos quedamos tirados en medio de la montaña por la noche, lleno de borrachos se ve que es algo típico de la tribu chagga.
