1- عدم وجود تنظيف يومي.
2- رغم وجود الشقة في الدور 14 لكن عزل الغرف لا تعزل اصوات السيارات تماماً.

Umer was our point of contact and was available to us for follow up queries and extra services. Very helpful..
Price was on the higher end but understandable as it was high season & close to downtown.

Spacious
At first, owner asked for Aed350 cleaning fee and Aed100 tourist fee. Told me to call booking.com if I don't believe, I did call, after negotiate, we agreed to just pay Aed100 tourist fee.
We arrived at 4am, he escorted us to our room. But due to system down, we have to obtain the barcode on second day in order to get on elevator.
Unfortunately, miscommunication between receptionist and owner.i asked owner to come and obtain the barcode for me, he even replied me that it's not his job, which is ridiculous. Anyway, I got the barcode after 1 hour.
Then, second day, toilet in master room, the ceiling started to leak. Funny. Leaked for 4 days. Owner was outstation. So nothing we can do, except letting it keeps leaking.
They provided valet service, which is very nice. If not, the parking is quite narrow. It'sa challenge to go all the way to your parking slot.
