Cozy Villas Cottage w/ Deck, 1/2 Block to Beach!

Adjacency to the beach was very nice and location was close to a coffee shop. Back deck was enjoyable as well - although some post repair is needed. House is cute, cozy and heating was good.

Directions to access the house were incorrect and the Evolve property contact did not answer her phone or email - although it was late in the evening. The Bookings.com contact number, which Clairisse answered, was excellent and determined the directions were incorrect and assisted us in accessing the home. The light switches at the entry were taped off with no explanation, so we had to hunt for lights. There was no mention of needing to provide towels and sheets on the Bookings.com site and photos show towels in the bathroom and the beds made which is misleading. It is burried in the Evolve text provided under "Additional Info" but easily overlooked. Also, no soaps or shampoos, tissues, garbage bags, condiments, etc. provided. A bit more was expected for this price point.

Tolle Lage, gemütlicher Bungalow, alles da, was man braucht, liebevoll gemütlich eingerichtet, sauber.

Handtücher alt und verfärbt (aber trotzdem sauber), Küche etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das könnte für diese Preiskategorie besser sein.

There was miscommunication on where key is located but once I texted owner and he called me.. it was explained. No worries

Stay was great

The location was the perfect distance from the bay. Not far from the shops, everything was very easy to access!

We had to unplug something from the wall since it was quite ear piercing. But once we did that, it was fine!
