- Lage - Grundstück und Aufbau des Hauses - Terasse mit teilweise Überdachung - Aufteilung Wohnessbereich - Parkplatz - Jacuzzi
- fehlende Sauberkeit - Schlüssel für Schuppen hat gefehlt, dadurch waren keine Aufleger für die Sitzgruppen vorhanden und kein Sonnenschirm - Kinderstuhl schauten Nägel raus - Kinder haben sich in die Finger gestochen - Grad hoch, ragte über die Feuerstelle - ein sicheres Feuer konnte nicht gemacht werden - Sandfläche voller Unkraut - haben wir selber bereinigt - Grill verschmutzt - Toilettenbrille lose und schmutzig; Badvorleger deutlich abgenutzt - Geschirr teilweise schmutzig - Sofa mit Kissen/Decken schmutzig, fleckig
