Staff davvero cordiale . Il cibo è un punto forte , mangiato quasi sempre alla carta , la fantasia e il gusto dello cheff è eccezionale . I camerieri tutti gentili sorridenti e disponibili. Lo staff d animazione, che dire , tutti artisti , ogni serata è stata da applausi , altrettanto per l intrattenimento per i più piccoli , con orario continuato , é stata una vacanza top sotto tutti i punti di vista e per ogni età .
Forse L unica pecca è stata la pulizia delle camere , quotidiana , ma forse anche per l elevato numero di camere , non accurata al 100%.

Comfortabele kamer met balkon
Niet-klantgericht. Wij konden door slecht weer de overtocht vanuit Corsica 1 dag later pas maken. Daardoor hebben we een volle dag bij Is Serenas gemist. Dat men niet wilde rebooken snap ik, maar dat ze ook geen mogelijkheid boden nog te lunchen op de dag van check-out vinden we niet klantgericht. Daarnaast is onduidelijk waarvoor je verplichte clubcardkosten moet betalen. Dat is niet vooraf meegedeeld. De dame bij de receptie wist ook niet precies hoe het zit en verdween om pas 5 minuten later met een onduidelijk verhaal terug te komen.
De koffers zouden naar hotelkamers worden gebracht. Toen dit na een half uur nog steeds niet gebeurd was en we onze zwemkleding nodig hadden, zijn we de koffers maar zelf gaan halen.

Our room was lovely and very spacious. I loved the wee terrace garden. The toiletries in the bathroom were great quality and the cleaners did a great fast job daily.
Every member of staff was friendly and all served with a smile on their face. You could see everyone was part of a team.
The beach was only a small walk and a lovely location.
Rebecca on reception was very helpful and tried to turn our experience around. However, we will not be returning.
There were several things that did not live up to our expectations when booking vs arriving.
We chose Serenas Badesi Resort over several competitors due to the variety of bars & restaurants available. When booking online it was highlighted that there was a Seafood restaurant, a Mediterranean restaurant and the buffet. There was only the buffet available for our 5 night stay - dining there 3x a day - this became repetitive. Although the team does try and offer a variety from lunch - dinner each day, we felt it was much of the same. We would have really enjoyed having lunch at the beach each day to offer something different during the stay.
When booking online it was clear that there were 3 bars available. However, when arriving there were only 2 open and the beach bar actually closed between 1 - 3pm each day. The cocktails could have more variety - Pina Colada?
When we arrived we expected to pay the Tourism Tax. However, were stumped with the €11 Euro a day for entertainment per person. This was an unexpected charge that we were not made aware of when booking. We also never wanted to see any of the entertainment and never used any of these facilities.
Again, when we arrived after finding out the restaurants and bars were closed and having to pay extra - we were given a small map to try and find our room. If this hotel was 4 star you would have been shown to your room and help with your luggage. (At least this is what we have experienced in every other 4 star venue.) This led to us being lost for 20 minutes.
When booking we also requested a Transfer from Olbia which the Hotel said they could accommodate for €135. We tried contacting several times to confirm. Unfortunately on the day of arrival they said they could not help and we had to pay €260 on a taxi.
Beach towels - we have frequented many 4 star establishments and beach towels are just a given, included in your stay. Unfortunately not here. You pay a hire and deposit.
