Fantastische ervaring in het aerial hotel!

De kamer was enorm! Ook is het zwembad/jacuzzi en sauna een pluspunt. Als je in de lift naar beneden gaat kom je direct naast het zwembad uit. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en erg lekker. Dit is helemaal boven in het hotel en dit zorgde voor een super mooi uitzicht! Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en probeerde alles zo goed mogelijk uit te leggen.

Het enige min puntje is dat de badkamer geen douchegordijn / wand heeft waardoor de badkamer flink nat wordt. Ook is het strand niet echt dichtbij, maar er is een zwembad dus eigenlijk ook niet nodig.

Reservamos con bastante anticipación, pedimos si era posible dos camas de dos plazas y nos dijeron que si, cuando llegamos nos dijeron que no era posible, estamos muy decepcionados de la incoherencia de su respuesta y falta de compromiso, si hubiésemos sabido que no se podía hubiese cancelado la reservación. Otro aspecto negativo es que queda muy alejado de todo. El restaurante está cerrado, solo sirve para el desayuno. No lo recomiendo para nada . No volvería .

Spa/sauna area smell mouldy, jacuzzi dirty and shower wall Had mould all Around it. Room was nice but the mould smell was all around the bathroom area. Bed sheets were too small for the bed and was a bit dirty. Black hair not from us all around. Damp smell all Around the stairs.

From Exelent to poor in just 3 years

Not much

I stayed at this hotel three years ago and had an excellent experience with great service and facilities. Unfortunately, my recent visit was very disappointing. The condition of the hotel has dropped a lot: no proper kitchen, poor breakfast, and overall poor service. Cleanliness and comfort were not at the level expected. Sadly, I would rate it no more than 2 stars and will not return. When you pay for a stay, you expect good service and a pleasant experience, but this time it was not delivered.

Spa was good but need to educate the guests because they didn't use well the sauna. Staff was really kind.

The first room was horrible, it was suterane not ground floor, but the staff kindly changed out room :) The breakfast was not good, we had 2 stomach problem during the 6 days.

Clean, calm and relaxed

The hotel was lovely and clean and we loved being up high on the hill to over see the bay. The rooms were spacious and keep clean and tidy. Breakfast was lovely perfect way to start the day.

The walk into town was a bit long. Also it would have been lovely to have an outdoor pool.

Assolutamente da evitare – un hotel che non vale le 4 stelle

Solo la zona colazione era carina con vista mare

Questo hotel non merita in alcun modo le 4 stelle che dichiara. La struttura è vecchia, angusta e mal tenuta. Camere: piccolissime, quasi come celle di un convento, con spazi ridotti al minimo. Il letto era incastrato contro il muro, senza alcun comodino né prese per ricaricare il telefono. Per salire sul letto bisognava letteralmente arrampicarsi dai piedi, rendendo l’esperienza claustrofobica. Gli infissi si aprivano all’interno in modo pericoloso, rischiando di colpire la testa, e la sensazione generale era di forte disagio. Bagno: scandaloso. Minuscolo, senza box doccia né tenda: ogni volta che si provava a fare la doccia l’acqua si riversava ovunque, allagando non solo il bagno ma anche la camera. Una condizione inaccettabile per qualunque struttura, a maggior ragione per un presunto 4 stelle. Spa: un inganno. Le foto online mostravano ambienti moderni e curati, ma la realtà era l’opposto: vecchia, sporca, maleodorante e totalmente trascurata. Vasca idromassaggio rotta, sauna chiusa, piscina non mantenuta, docce con acqua fredda e spazi igienicamente discutibili. Ma l’episodio peggiore è stato quello vissuto al rientro in hotel: alle 1 di notte abbiamo trovato la struttura completamente chiusa, senza nessun campanello o modo per entrare. Siamo rimasti bloccati all’esterno per oltre un’ora, fino a quando abbiamo notato un uomo dormire sul divano della hall. Dopo continui tentativi per svegliarlo, con estrema lentezza e poca cortesia ci ha finalmente aperto, permettendoci di rientrare. Un’esperienza davvero pessima sotto ogni punto di vista: camere invivibili, bagni impraticabili, spa fatiscente e gestione disorganizzata. Assolutamente sconsigliato.

Decepcionada. No comprendo las 4 estrellas

Parking espacioso y está no demasiado lejos de la playa.

Fue bastante decepcionante. Las instalaciones del spa estaban en mal estado y muy sucias. Anunciaban que disponían de servicios que en realidad no existían. La habitación era diminuta, no había espacio para entrar a la cama por el lateral, había que hacerlo desde los pies. Las sábanas se salían y la calidad del colchón era pésima. Tampoco tenían operativo el restaurante. Estuve en 9 alojamientos distintos en Albania y este fue con creces el peor.

Décevant heureusement qu’il y avait une piscine …

Très dessus… les seules points positif sont : le petit déjeuner, la vue de la terrasse du restaurant et la piscine.

La chambre sale et une salle de bain qui ressemble à une pataugeoire après la douche (vous vous l’avez clairement sur les toilettes) de plus il y’a des prises donc très dangereux vue l’installation de la douche. Emplacement pas facile à trouver de plus c’est une ville qui est boucher du matin au soir. Il y a un « restaurant » mais pas de cuisto donc impossible de manger à l’hôtel le soir. Très dessus je ne recommande pas cette hôtel.

Le parking privé

La chambre n’était pas très propre. La douche était vraiment petite sans séparation avec les WC. La literie laisse à désirer. Le pire était l’isolation, nous entendions les bruits des autres chambres, et ce n’était pas agréable d’entendre les rapports intimes des chambres à côté en pleine nuit et tôt le matin. Sans parler des travaux tôt le matin qui se mettent en plein milieu de la vue. Je ne recommande pas du tout même pour 1 nuit !

Hotel is really nice, view amazing , nice pool area and really good breakfast. The apartment was clean , as per pictures. It's got nice small playground outside and we never had issues with parking. I read it is only accessible by car but that's not true , nearest small shop is 4min walk, restaurant and bigger shop maybe 8min away. We were also able to walk to the beach and restaurants in center it is abou 35min walk one way with uphill on way back but it's manageable. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!

The only thing that comes to mind were the roosters that were waking us up around 4am, but it's not hotel's fault and got its own charm

Ok for one night

The staff was friendly. The view from the balcony, while having breakfast was gorgeous (the best thing about the hotel).

The bathroom was very small and the shower is not separated, so the water goes everywhere. The pillows were not soft and there were no duvets available in the room, in case you needed them. The location is not good: the access to the hotel is not clear, and the road is terrible. For a 4 star hotel, we were expecting mote... It was actually quite disappointing.

Relax con vistas espectaculares.

El hotel tiene unas vistas maravillosas desde la azotea que es donde si sitúa el bar - restaurante. El desayuno aunque no tiene mucha variedad sí tiene de todo y de buena calidad. Volvería a repetir estancia por poder disfrutar de la zona de piscina y spa porque llegamos tarde y apenas estuvimos en las instalaciones aunque sí que las vimos. Quiero destacar la amabilidad y simpatía de Valentín que me ayudó a planificar las excursiones de los siguientes días.

La habitación era muy amplia y tenía un buen frigorífico., pero el baño no tiene ni mampara, ni cortina por lo que el agua corría por todas las partes y era difícil luego estar en el baño al estar tooodooo inundado.

We travel a lot and I don’t very often rate a hotel if it’s poor but I feel everyone needs to know a few home truths about this place. It is located at least 30 minutes walk from the beach not 14 minutes!!! The road to the beach is dangerous and not fit to walk (it’s steep) you will need a car if you want to go anywhere. The lady on the reception was rude and more interested in her phone than helping us with our stay. When we got to our room there was a strong smell of sewage and that filled the room for the whole of our stay. Very run down room that looked out onto a building site. We could not sit on the balcony for the noise and leaking AC units from above. The pool area was very rundown and not fit for purpose and the jacuzzi was empty. At 7:30 the builders started using their jack hammers along with lorries beeping their horns. Breakfast was a joke as I had to ask if they were going to replace any of the empty trays and after a few grunts from the staff they brought out a few items that were cold. Coffee was not drinkable and there were no other options apart from juice. The walls in the room are very thin and you can hear everything from the corridor and the rooms next door. You can hear people walking on the floor above and dragging chairs. We put the fridge on and it flooded the living area. I wish we had booked another hotel instead of persevering with this one. If you have got this far in reading my review please do yourself and your family a favour by avoiding at all costs.

L’espace piscine/wellness est sympa, la vue sur la terrasse rooftop est très chouette. Chambre très spacieuse.

Nous n’avons probablement pas eu de chance mais nous avons un bruit de canalisation d’eau pendant une bonne partie de la soirée, à tel point que nous nous sommes demandés si nous allions pouvoir dormir. Finalement durant la nuit aucun bruit.

Nice hotel, check construction has finished next door

The hotel had everything you’d want. The facilities were nice and the staff were helpful. Good sized rooms. A little walk up/ down hill to the town, but not too bad.

The local wildlife piped up in the night and what sounded like a disillusioned rooster started the noise and then the fighting cats and lovely dog joined in. Then the construction work started at the adjoining site.
