Staff was nice. Breakfast was ok.

Spa/sauna area smell mouldy, jacuzzi dirty and shower wall Had mould all Around it. Room was nice but the mould smell was all around the bathroom area. Bed sheets were too small for the bed and was a bit dirty. Black hair not from us all around. Damp smell all Around the stairs.

From Exelent to poor in just 3 years

Not much

I stayed at this hotel three years ago and had an excellent experience with great service and facilities. Unfortunately, my recent visit was very disappointing. The condition of the hotel has dropped a lot: no proper kitchen, poor breakfast, and overall poor service. Cleanliness and comfort were not at the level expected. Sadly, I would rate it no more than 2 stars and will not return. When you pay for a stay, you expect good service and a pleasant experience, but this time it was not delivered.

Brilliant hotel, amazing food, location and has free parking too can’t fault the place

The property was easy enough to navigate. The room was just as described with a lovely sized balcony and the room was huge. There were two hair dryers too. The breakfast is a help yourself which we really liked, it’s your usual cereal, fruit, pastries and eggs style breakfast; We really enjoyed it

I think could have done with a sign from the main road telling you where to turn as it is a little side road off the main road

Clean, calm and relaxed

The hotel was lovely and clean and we loved being up high on the hill to over see the bay. The rooms were spacious and keep clean and tidy. Breakfast was lovely perfect way to start the day.

The walk into town was a bit long. Also it would have been lovely to have an outdoor pool.

Spa was good but need to educate the guests because they didn't use well the sauna. Staff was really kind.

The first room was horrible, it was suterane not ground floor, but the staff kindly changed out room :) The breakfast was not good, we had 2 stomach problem during the 6 days.

Hotel is really nice, view amazing , nice pool area and really good breakfast. The apartment was clean , as per pictures. It's got nice small playground outside and we never had issues with parking. I read it is only accessible by car but that's not true , nearest small shop is 4min walk, restaurant and bigger shop maybe 8min away. We were also able to walk to the beach and restaurants in center it is abou 35min walk one way with uphill on way back but it's manageable. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!

The only thing that comes to mind were the roosters that were waking us up around 4am, but it's not hotel's fault and got its own charm

Ok for one night

The staff was friendly. The view from the balcony, while having breakfast was gorgeous (the best thing about the hotel).

The bathroom was very small and the shower is not separated, so the water goes everywhere. The pillows were not soft and there were no duvets available in the room, in case you needed them. The location is not good: the access to the hotel is not clear, and the road is terrible. For a 4 star hotel, we were expecting mote... It was actually quite disappointing.

It had onsite parking…….and that’s about it.

We travel a lot and I don’t very often rate a hotel if it’s poor but I feel everyone needs to know a few home truths about this place. It is located at least 30 minutes walk from the beach not 14 minutes!!! The road to the beach is dangerous and not fit to walk (it’s steep) you will need a car if you want to go anywhere. The lady on the reception was rude and more interested in her phone than helping us with our stay. When we got to our room there was a strong smell of sewage and that filled the room for the whole of our stay. Very run down room that looked out onto a building site. We could not sit on the balcony for the noise and leaking AC units from above. The pool area was very rundown and not fit for purpose and the jacuzzi was empty. At 7:30 the builders started using their jack hammers along with lorries beeping their horns. Breakfast was a joke as I had to ask if they were going to replace any of the empty trays and after a few grunts from the staff they brought out a few items that were cold. Coffee was not drinkable and there were no other options apart from juice. The walls in the room are very thin and you can hear everything from the corridor and the rooms next door. You can hear people walking on the floor above and dragging chairs. We put the fridge on and it flooded the living area. I wish we had booked another hotel instead of persevering with this one. If you have got this far in reading my review please do yourself and your family a favour by avoiding at all costs.

Nice hotel, check construction has finished next door

The hotel had everything you’d want. The facilities were nice and the staff were helpful. Good sized rooms. A little walk up/ down hill to the town, but not too bad.

The local wildlife piped up in the night and what sounded like a disillusioned rooster started the noise and then the fighting cats and lovely dog joined in. Then the construction work started at the adjoining site.

Lovely views

Rooms are big and comfortable with a balcony and view. Location is good but you need a car to go to the promenade, unless you prefer long walks. Breakfast is excellent and you can eat out on the rooftop terrace. Parking is private on the property. Entrance to the hotel is on a back street but easily accessible. The indoor pool is amazing and so is the jacuzzi.

BAD experience

Breakfast was okay and had a pretty good view.

On arrival we didnt get te room we booked. We paid for a sea view, but were put on the first floor. The view I booked was not like in the pictures at all. When I asked staff about it, they told us to deal with it, and it was the 'same' room. It wasn't. The room we got had airconditioning, but it did not work and it got pretty hot. Also the balcony had a WASP NEST on it. I wouldn't recommend staying at Aerial Hotel. The spa closes early at nine as well.

We have booked a 1 bedroom suite and it was spacious and clean, especially the balcony, great with kids. It was very cool to have a warm pool in hotel, because it was not the season for swimming in the sea, that's why we chose this hotel. Nice friendly stuff.

There was no curtain in the shower, at all. it was strange. Another hotel is being built in front of this hotel, unfortunately it is unfinished and it spoils the view from the balcony, but we understand that it does not depend on this hotel.

Family friendly stay, with indoor pool.

We had such a relaxing time staying at Aerial. The sea view, despite the unfinished building in front, is still pleasant. The beds are super comfortable, not to mention the indoor warm water pool and jacuzzi are a hit with the kids. I also appreciate the availability of dinner at a late hour (8pm).

Lovely rooms with a view, a well-designed place to relax

A couple of km from the center uphill but you get a great view and an INDOOR pool instead. A fine restaurant and generous breakfast. The hotel is new, so some things are still incomplete: there's a kettle but no glasses. A few construction sites around but the comfort and the staff were great

It was a lovely stay.Instead of one planned night,we stayed one day longer.The room was nice,tidy and spacious,with two balconies. The indoor pool is a great bonus.The usage of jacuzzi and sauna is included. I did miss a deckchair or two,there were only normal chairs.. Breakfast was ok-would wish for some fruits and warm eggs.

Very close to the beach, new hotel, everything new, parking, top floor restaurant and bar with an excellent seaview, wonderful staff, extremely friendly and polite, excellent room, mattress very comfortable, breakfast was outstanding. Everything was clean and new.

Worth the visit - good hotel to relax

The hotel had everything we needed to relax after a day in the beach: an interior pool, sauna and Jacuzzi which we used during the night; parking room for the car; the room was very good and modern with enough space and the breakfast was also good. The staff is nice.

We had a surprise fee when paying for the stay which didn't happen in other locations (and we used the same card) nor it was stated in the reservation.

Great scenery, the staff was wonderful and our room was comfortable. It was nice having a pool there and the value was good compared to the more expensive places closer to the sea. We enjoyed our visit. The food from the restaurant was good.
