Fab flat

Sandip provided really good messages to enter and also manage the property. Flat was super clean and spacious. Seemed great value over a hotel with the same cost. Everything worked although we did not try the coffee machine.

Space on deck by hot tub somewhat limited but great to have the hot tub.

Long weekend, few beers, beautiful apartment!

Sandip the host was very helpful with the videos prior to arrival to explain the parking and key pad process. Apartment was spacious and very clean....we were a group of four lads...all mid 40s revisting cheltenham for a few days socialising in the bars and relaxing. From that perspective location was perfect to explore the town or up to the Montpelloer area...whatever you fancy doing. TV was excellent...nice and big...limited channels but that is to be expected. Cooking facilities were good, plenty of utensils etc. Bathrooms were nice size, clean and towels provided. Hot Tub was a nice bonus and quite welcome...easy to use, robes provided where handy when it came to finishing in the tub. Large kitchen and living area was just right for us...island kitchen units definitely a good feature. Overall a very positive experience and would fully recommend this to people, for whatever the occasion.

This is not 'didn't like' but the pictures of the hot tub with table and chairs outside is slightly inaccurate as there were no table and chairs. However there were stools we used from inside so wasn't a major issue at all. Also there was no grill pan...so had to improvise with try in the grill/oven...again no major issue but would have been good to have the grill rack to reach across the grill.

Beautiful <3

Absolutely Brilliant hands down one of the best places ever, clean, comfortable and so beautiful. Easy check in and out! Beds are soft and huge! and the tv is huge and brilliant picture quality! Everything you need is there plenty of towels even big bath sheets for the plus sized girlies! There’s also shampoo and body wash and cut little bars of soap! Lots of cutlery plates bowls cups etc and i think the plastic cups are a brilliant idea as no risk of smashing glass! Sandip was an amazing host and his videos explaining how to get it in and using the hot tub/ coffee machine were extremely helpful was even left a bottle of Prosecco with was perfect and put a smile on my face! Oh and how could i forget the best part the balcony view is so beautiful and the hot tub is fantastic easy to use and pretty at night with the lights! cannot fault anything was absolutely amazing will definitely return in the future! Thanks Sandip and team!

The only problem i had was not staying long enough but that’s on my behalf haha! Was fantastic loved everything!

All codes were sent via email, we were also notified when the rooms were ready, which was great as this allowed is to arrive a little early.

Our codes were sent via email but sent over several email, our codes for the parking and th3 main downstairs door was missed. Interestingly enough they were delivered the day I was due to check out.

Excellent all round 🤩

From the moment we booked to when we left we had excellent communication with the owner and he was very accommodating. The apartment was beautiful and the extra touches that the owner had gone to ie Prosecco on arrival, water in the fridge made our stay extra special. Location for shopping and socialising is excellent. We would highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate in returning 🤩

The apartment is of the highest quality. Sandip, the host, was brilliant in providing timely knowledge, making sure our stay was going well, suggestions for local place for food & drink. Honestly one of the best, stress-free weekend getaways I've had in a long, long time.

Nothing could of been better. It was an awesome getaway experience from start to finish. both with the service from the host and the property itself being of the highest standard. Cannot fault any aspects.

Exceptional

Had a fantastic two night stay here, good location for the races a short walk up the road. Plenty of eating places within walking distance. Apartment was outstanding, kids loved the hot tub with amazing views. I loved the welcome bottle of prossecco. Communication with Sandip was great. Will definitely be returning.

I didn't stay, I stayed long enough to book a hotel and left.

The property is on a very busy main road.. I have stayed right in the heart of town before but on a side street makes a huge difference to noise. Building communal areas are old, worn and dirty. I was super looking forward to the hot tub but that again was quite dirty around it and the lid had what looked like soil on the top. I wouldn't have wanted to lift it in case the dirt ended up in the water. For the money I wouldn't expect crumbs and dripped liquid stains to be in the freezer. There were place setting on the table which were all plastic, plastic is super unhygienic. I didn't stay and left within an hour after arrival. The host wouldn't even offer a partial refund considering I didn't stay or use anything. It had been mentioned the hot tub had to be emptied after every guest. I thought considering that didn't have to be done, nothing had to be cleaned or bedding/towels washed etc.. there was saving on cleaning. I probably would have given a slightly better review if the host had been more accommodating.

It was perfect in every way. Close proximity to shops, bars & restaurants. The apartment was superb. We absolutely loved the hot tub on the roof terrace. The high spec finish. Comfy bed. Contemporary furnishings. Fab kitchen & bathrooms. Huge wall mounted tv. Clean, bright and fresh. Prosecco tea/coffee biscuits on arrival. Secure gated parking. Clear instructions. The loveliest host, who we had the pleasure of meeting. He has gone above and beyond with his attention to detail. Highly recommended. We wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you.

Overal did the job as we were out most of the day but did not get a good night's sleep

Very spacious living space and glad the the hot tub is cleaned. Good location to get to local attractions. Host was aware it was for my partners birthday and went the extra mile. Was really nice. Beds made nicely and towels given

The rest of the building is filthy (communal areas).The gate was broken so we had to run round to gain access to the car park. The space means you can only get out of one side of the car. So need to exit while the driver parks. Lighters and rubbish was left on the patio by previous occupants. Dust on bottles and nail Trimingham left in main bathroom. Shoe prints and finger prints on walls from previous occupants. The decking was damaged previously and meant one of our toddlers got a splinter when getting out of the water, even with precautions. The property is on a main road with high traffic and fast route used by emergency services. We use white noise for the kids but still woke them up. The hot tub is lovely but the public swearing ect and cars kind of ruin the mood if you are trying to chill after running round after kids. TV is only in the living room with sofas that move easily. If using in winter with kids bare in mind all radiators are exposed.

Fabulous and will definitely come back when visit the town again

despite of the floor was a little bit dusty in some part, overall cleanliness was still good. Since the weather was hot, the host had switched on the fans in the apartment to ready for our check in. the interior of the apartment was well furnished, appliances and utensils were in high hygienic standard. It was comfy with good ventilation and sunshine into living area and bedrooms. the hot tub was fabulous. The location was close to a shopping mall and supermarket with 10 mins by walk which has no worry for replenishment. The host keep us informed timely for our dining nearby, check in and usage of carpark and the hot tub.

Great stay, impeccable penthouse with hot tub, host was excellent and readily available for any queries. Would recommend. Small touches such as adding several refrigerated water bottles and sparkling wine really made a difference.

Superb

Apartment was immaculate. Beautifully presented. Enjoyed having the balcony and hot tub. Lovely welcome bottle when we arrived and diffuser on so whole place smelt divine. Much better for a group of friends than a hotel.

The apartment block on the outside appeared a bit scruffy especially at the main entrance. But this had no impact on our break.

Two couples had a fantastic stay here!

Sandip has done a great refurbishment. High-end facilities. Loved the helpful contact and communication from Sandip, the big TV, the beds were really comfortable, the showers were exceptional, the welcome Prosecco and refreshments (thanks Sandip!), the hot tub, the wifi, the all-round new equipment, the linen, towels, bath robes and toiletries. The location for exploring Cheltenham Centre with a secure indoor parking space was just what we needed.

Whilst a great location it can be noisy if windows are open, however large fans are provided if you want the windows shut. Some more cutlery and crockery would have been helpful. The parking space might be seen as tight by some, but we reversed a mid-size SUV in without a problem. Note one bedroom is considerably larger than the other with an ensuite. Those in the smaller bedroom can use the separate bathroom though 👍
