    Just right for our long holiday weekend exploring the area parks.
    Our cabin was cozy and private. Comfortable bed. Convenient to state parks. Super friendly staff. Good holiday vibes.

    A unique place to stay in Leakey if you're tired of chain hotels and want to support local business.
    Like stepping back in time, historic in the name fits. The room was small, but functional, with a little eating nook separate from the bedroom and bath. I was only there for one night, but the bed was comfortable, and I was glad to find a young family running the place in the small town of Leakey.
    I had the Laurel room, and if I had stayed longer I might have wanted a slightly larger room, or would opt for a cabin on another stay. I was disappointed that I missed a night when the restaurant was open and it was music night but will plan better next time.

    This property is extremely unique in that you’re located in the heart of Leakey, Texas on the main highway yet it is a very rustic and old school cabin style feel Each cabin has that personal touch that makes your stay very comfortable One of the features is a community area with a swimming pool gathering pavilion with a barbecue pit at every cabin and just a rustic feel I completely enjoyed my stay
    Full transparency, dictates that my initial night stay was a bit of a bust No hot water for my morning shower, which is a must for me as a constant business traveler The property owners reacted, lightning fast, and while I was on my job site made arrangements for me to be moved over to another cabin while they addressed the issue and made my stay a much more pleasant one Now that’s good Customer Service

    The room was spacious and clean. The grounds were well kept. The people were friendly.
    There was not a hairdryer. I had to go buy one at the dollar store.
