Property owner was delightful and went above and beyond to make our stay nice. We were in Philly to see our daughter graduate from college and there was a mix up on which property we rented, but property owner corrected.

Checking in/out was super easy.
The owner was super helpful & responsive .
Street parking was available right out front of this unit and free for the overnight ,which was fantastic. Fyi...Parking meters start running at 8am.
There are always police officers around, so we felt safe.
The Owner provided complimentary travel sized toiletries: toothpaste, Toothbrushes, mouthwash, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, roll towels, garbage bags and even snacks (popcorn, various candy, bottled water)--- this was so convenient and much appreciated.
When i booked our reservation, i informed the owner that my husband and I were staying in town to celebrate our wedding anniversary and when we arrived , we found a beautiful anniversary card and balloons, which was totally unexpected, but extremely thoughtful.
We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this unit for anyone looking to visit philly's major attractions, which are just mins away.

We were very impressed with the appartment itself. Very clean. Additionally, my husband and I felt very safe behind two locked doors. However, climbing the stairs was a bit tough and the trash floating through
the street was adisheartenening
