About this house rental
Spacious and gorgeous living room , one bedroom with king size bed , one with queen size bed and modern kitchen with spectacular valley views. Great out side seating for morning coffee in the sun filled deck with spectacular Velley view. Whole house is remodeled recently.everything in the house is brand new.Walking distance to boat launch, Russian river estuary, tasting by the sea wine bar, cafe Aquataca, gift shop ,convenient store/gas station and amazing sunsets. Surrounded by thousands acres of parkland, hiking trails and most beautiful beaches.

The house was very clean, comfortable and had a great view. We even saw horses roaming on the hillside. The owner put out birdseed daily so we had a plethora of birds to watch. There were plenty of towels, pillows and heaters. The location was wonderful for quick access to beaches and hiking.

Overall this house was fine for a 3 day weekend. Pros: House was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Neighborhood was cute and quiet. Deck and seating were comfortable. Living room was comfortable, lighting throughout the house was nice. Kitchen had good amount of plates and glassware. Cons: The driveway is very narrow. We ended parking up against the hill because it was easier to get in and out. It would be helpful to put a locked keypad. We had to stop at the gas station to pick up the keys which felt a little strange. The bathroom towel rack looked like it had been broken, and was just left on the counter. There was a propane grill, but no tank. So for the one night we cooked dinner, it was a little disappointing. Luckily I had made reservations for our other nights. Although there were a few pots/pans, they were not in great shape making it difficult to cook with. There were no coffee filters for the coffee pot, and then when we bought some the coffee maker didn’t work. The top lid was missing which allows for the coffee to drip into the pot. And there were ants on the last day of our stay. We also found a baby mouse up on arrival. The owner was responsive and offered to come take care of it. But my husband had already placed it outside. The house was very clean so maybe it came from where the cleaning supplies are stored. There was a downstairs unit, but it seemed no one was down there. The stairs were blocked off. Not sure if I would say this place is pet friendly.
