About this house rental

Spacious and gorgeous living room , one bedroom with king size bed , one with queen size bed and modern kitchen with spectacular valley views. Great out side seating for morning coffee in the sun filled deck with spectacular Velley view. Whole house is remodeled recently.everything in the house is brand new.Walking distance to boat launch, Russian river estuary, tasting by the sea wine bar, cafe Aquataca, gift shop ,convenient store/gas station and amazing sunsets. Surrounded by thousands acres of parkland, hiking trails and most beautiful beaches.
Very quiet neighborhood. Comfortable and cozy spot !

The proximity to everything in Jenner was amazing. The host was very responsive and let us in over an hour early to the property. The only thing preventing me from giving 5 stars is the lack of a washer and dryer, a slight smell of mildew, and a need for more large coffee cups

Overall this house was fine for a 3 day weekend. Pros: House was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Neighborhood was cute and quiet. Deck and seating were comfortable. Living room was comfortable, lighting throughout the house was nice. Kitchen had good amount of plates and glassware. Cons: The driveway is very narrow. We ended parking up against the hill because it was easier to get in and out. It would be helpful to put a locked keypad. We had to stop at the gas station to pick up the keys which felt a little strange. The bathroom towel rack looked like it had been broken, and was just left on the counter. There was a propane grill, but no tank. So for the one night we cooked dinner, it was a little disappointing. Luckily I had made reservations for our other nights. Although there were a few pots/pans, they were not in great shape making it difficult to cook with. There were no coffee filters for the coffee pot, and then when we bought some the coffee maker didn’t work. The top lid was missing which allows for the coffee to drip into the pot. And there were ants on the last day of our stay. We also found a baby mouse up on arrival. The owner was responsive and offered to come take care of it. But my husband had already placed it outside. The house was very clean so maybe it came from where the cleaning supplies are stored. There was a downstairs unit, but it seemed no one was down there. The stairs were blocked off. Not sure if I would say this place is pet friendly.

This is our second time renting this home and each time was amazing. The home was clean and had everything we needed. It was the perfect location with nearby towns for shopping and dining and beautiful beaches to explore. The host is very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend, 10/10.

such a cute place. centrally located, just minutes walk to the general store and Cafe Aquatica. it’s the perfect base camp for exploring the surrounding area [Duncans Mills, Monte Rio, Guerneville, Occidental, etc]. will have to come back soon to try Jay’s Taste of India food truck, and drink more local minimal intervention wines at Cafe Aquatica!!

The House has been remodeled using high end materials. It is well located in Jenner in a very quiet neighborhood. The deck provides a peaceful place to enjoy the valley below, which is well populated with birds and wildlife. We found our stay to be very relaxing - close to Bodega Bay which has great beaches and restaurants. We would definitely consider renting the house again for a getaway.

I lived in Jenner many years ago so this was a walk down memory lane. If you want an ocean view this is to the place for you but the view to the rolling hills and nature was tranquil and quiet.

This modern and well appointed cottage met all our needs and expectations. The host responded quickly to a special request which was so helpful. There is so much to do in this area. Rivers End Restaurant was a big surprise and might be one of the best meals we’ve ever had in all our travels. I highly recommend it for either lunch or dinner. The hiking in this area is spectacular.

The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. It is very clear how much was put into this house. From the cute sitting area in the kitchen to the comfortable beds with high quality sheets. Also, you cannot beat the views from the back deck! Very convenient to walk down to the store and wine tasting or take a beautiful drive up the coast. Larry is an awesome host and I will definitely plan to visit again!

Enjoyed the charm of Jenner and this location was ideal. Updated amenities in the kitchen and bathroom with all of the necessities you might need. We even used the grill on the deck. Clean and comfortable place. Streaming services made it easy to connect on the TV. We met a couple of regular neighbors who gave us great recommendations. Larry was communicative and made check in a breeze.

The home was very clean and comfortable. This is not a large home - 2 bedrooms, 1 bath - but it was perfect for our needs. Larry Sandhu, the host was very helpful and thorough in welcoming us and making sure everything was in order. Upon arrival, we discovered toilet paper was missing -- Larry was there in less than ten minutes with a new package of TP. A very quiet neighborhood with a small deck to enjoy the views. Both my wife and I agree that this will be a go-to for our little get-aways.

This place met all of our expectations and then some. It was beautiful, clean, peaceful and has a deck with a relaxing bucolic view. The location feels nicely remote, but is actually a short walk to restaurants and a wine bar where we watched a spectacular sunset one evening. The owner is very thoughtful and available if needed. This place is a gem and we look forward to returning soon.

The place is gorgeous and convenient to hiking trails and the beach. The owner was very kind and responsive. The place was bigger than expected, well stocked with bottled water, and had a wonderful deck with a view that we enjoyed every morning.
