Amazing Villa in the heart of Canggu

One of the best places we stayed in Canggu!

We loved the villa. Location was perfect for where we wanted to be, staff absolutely amazing, always happy to address small issues and everyday cleaning. Villa is in good condition however there are few things that could be refreshed but i believe price reflects it. So overall very happy and will definitely be back.

We LOVE Canguu and the PEOPLE who work at this complex are just ALL amazing! Jesman the Villa manager was just so helpful every single day! The security guards were always friendly! The cleaning staff always so polite! I hope they see this review so they know how grateful we were for having their kindness.

The property is located on a busy small road that gets hit with traffic or cars and scooters, so the 50 metre walk to the 'main road' for restaurants etc was a bit sketchy at times with the family, but we just got GoJeks from our complex front door / they are so cheap and so easy and the kids loved the novelty!

Nice villa and great staff.

Very clean villa, extremely spacious and modern. Very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and attentive and the Cleaning team were very good and available for cleaning every day. Spacious bedrooms. Air con was amazing. Jesman the manager was very attentive also and was available for help whenever. Including arranging day trips. Pool area was nice to relax also.

Our first night on Arrival we suffered a power cut, they had a team on site in about 15 minutes but unfortunately we had to move villas, fair play they had another villa for the night but we lost around 2 hours waiting to see if the issue could be fixed or not before a decision was made, as we arrived late this lost most of our night but they fixed the issue and we moved back into our villa the next morning. My bedroom had a slightly bad smell in it seems to be from the drains, they cleaned and put extra fresh lemon balls in which helped a lot but it didn’t completely get rid of the smell probably a much bigger issue to sort. The pool was nice but quite cold. Location isn’t great surrounding roads are in fairly bad condition and crazy traffic constant bikes etc so walking anywhere was difficult and stressful. Taxi bikes was the only way.

The location was good

In person it’s incredibly dark and gloomy. Absolutely no sun gets onto the pool or outside area. Leaving it cold and uninviting. The deck had been freshly oiled as well so I slipped over on it. The outdoor furniture had mould on it due to no sunlight getting to that area. We were actually so disappointed when we arrived and saw the villa in person that we checked out after half an hour. It had a depressing vibe to it. No refund was issued so an expensive lesson to learn for us.

A lovely and comfortable stay in a great location with helpful staff and everything we needed close by.

We stayed in the Two Bedroom Villa for four nights and had a great experience. Jesman was fantastic, he organised scooters for us and was kind enough to let us leave our luggage after check-out, which was a huge help. All of the staff were lovely and welcoming throughout our stay. We were initially a bit worried that Canggu would be too busy, but the villa was in a great spot. There were great restaurants, shops, cafes, and beach clubs all within walking distance. The villa also has 24/7 security, so you definitely feel safe and secure. The villa itself was spacious, comfortable, and a great place to relax.

Although we really enjoyed our stay and the villa was spacious and well-located, there was definitely some visible wear and tear. We noticed a few stains and burn marks on the couch and bed frame/headboard. It didn’t affect our stay, but it was something we picked up on. The overall cleanliness was okay, though coming from New Zealand, where cleaning standards are generally very high, we did feel it could have been a bit better.

A Blissful Haven

The level of privacy and seclusion that a villa offers is unparalleled. Being able to escape the hustle and bustle of crowded hotels and retreat to my own sanctuary made the experience all the more special. It felt like a home away from home, with the added bonus of luxury amenities and impeccable service.

Needed more kitchen utensils such as platters, salad bowls, plates etc The downstairs TV didn’t work in English . We were only able to watch movies in subtitles There were no instructions on how to use the safes in the bedrooms

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura durante il mio viaggio in Indonesia e non potevo fare scelta migliore! La posizione è perfetta: tranquilla, immersa nella natura e a pochi minuti dalle principali attrazioni. Le camere erano pulitissime, spaziose e dotate di tutti i comfort. Il personale è stato gentilissimo e sempre disponibile, ci hanno aiutato con consigli e organizzazione di attività. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura a chi cerca relax, ospitalità e un’atmosfera autentica. Tornerò sicuramente
