Solo la posizione ,strategica per il centro di Lecce
Appena entri senti subito un odore sgradevole di umidità che ti entra in testa …infatti in tutta la casa ci sono varie prese d aria ma non riescono ad arieggiare la forte umidità …l immobile sarà stato diviso perché quasi tutta la casa è in cartongesso . Armadio da non poter utilizzare . I vestiti fanno pure tanto di umido …mah pazzesco ! Bagno piccolino ,doccia mini. Tv non funzionante .e non aggiungo altro.
