La situation de l'appartement au premier étage et donnant sur rue animée mais sans vraiment de problème de bruit (double vitrage). L'équipement est au top, rien ne manque La plage de Son Moll iTunes à 350m, mais aussi la plage d'Aguila très très bien accessible par un mini train depuis celle de Son Moll pour 7€ pour la journée par personne,, vraiment très pratique.
Rien même si la ville de Cala Ratjada est un peu décentré, pour aller faire la Tramontana par exemple ou même visiter Palma

Wir wurden sehr freundlich vom Vermieter empfangen. Per Whats app konnte im Vorfeld alles geklärt werden. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und ist genau wie auf der Abbildung. Miguel hat uns sogar noch extra eine Decke gebracht, da das Wetter noch recht kalt war. Die Gegend ist wunderbar zum Wandern. Es gibt viele Wanderwege mit unterschiedlichen Schwierigkeitsstufen.
