Lovely views, comfortable mattress, easy to get into the parking space, early check in free of charge, air conditioning available, spacious and very clean flat.

No blackout curtains so bring an eye mask, the sofa has no arm rests so it’s not very comfortable to lounge on, no beach towels so bring your own and no lift (was not a problem for us but just for info)
