Apartamento super confortável, espaçoso, com cozinha equipada. Muito bem decorado, organizado e limpo. Ar-condicionado central que funciona perfeitamente bem, água quente no chuveiro, camas muito confortáveis. Está muito próximo da estação de metro e alguns passos do Vaticano. Pareceu ser uma área bastante residencial, sem turistas. Ótimos restaurantes nas redondezas.

Não tenho nada a reclamar.

Fomos muito felizes! Localização boa, próxima ao metrô mesmo! Supermercados, farmácia... mas o Vaticano não está a uma distância a pé!!! São 30 minutos porque tem muro fechado! O apartamento é bem grande, limpo, confortável, decorado, completo com tudo que você precisar. O atendimento foi excelente, a luz cai se você usar a lavadora e o chuveiro, mas me atenderam rápido todas as vezes que precisei. A chave do dijuntor está atrás de uma pintura! O ar condicionado é central, tudo fica com a mesma temperatura.

Apesar de já fazerem, Sugiro explicarem melhor, mais claro, como funciona o aquecedor de água, onde ligar e desligar, o disjuntor, o ar condicionado... fazer algo mais gráfico e visível.

EL departamento en sí es muy bello y está muy bien equipado. Está decorado con buen gusto y es acogedor. La ubicación también me pareció muy buena. En una zona tranquila y bien comunicada con el metro.

Creo que el proceso de registro y funcionamiento del check in es complicado y burocrático. Para el que no se da bien con la tecnología puede ser traumático. Deberían buscar un sistema más simple y eficaz. Por otra parte nos encontramos con que no había agua caliente, no funcionaba la heladera ni el aire acondicionado. Lo resolvieron al día siguiente pero teniendo en cuenta que estuvimos dos noches eso debería haber estado funcionando al llegar, no al día siguiente. Vinimos cansados de viaje y no nos pudimos bañar ni tener bebidas frías...

We enjoyed the location. Easy access to most things . Metro was close by even though we did not use. We had a rental car so sometimes parking was a problem. Closest parking garage was about a block but pricey. Building was very secure and the door to the apartment was very secure. Also there was an elevator which made going up an down a breeze. Lots of restaurants within short walking distance.

The apartment needs quite a bit of upkeep. Shower in second bathroom did not work at all and NO hot water. Water was extremely cold. The shower had mold in the corners. Main bath had a tub so we were out of luck as we do not take tub bath. No shower curtain so the floor got wet. It was quite a chore taking a bath daily. There is a washer available but the location was very odd. You can do your laundry while using the toilet. Not very sanitary to me. The toilet in the main Bathroom made a loud noise when you flushed it and takes a while to refill. It woke me in the night when someone used it. This apartment is NOT for anyone who has a disability and uses a wheelchair or have problem stepping up as both the toilet and the shower is in a step up location. The kitchen The freezer was very disgusting. Not sure when it was last cleaned. They had some snacks on the fridge and it seemed to be there a while. The dishcloth was deplorable. I am assuming it was once white. We used paper towel to do most things. The curtains in bedroom and living room falling off hooks and the second bedroom had a big rolled up carpet against the wall. The apartment was not very welcoming. Needs a Proper CLEANING. I’ve have been in Italy 15 days now and this the worst place we have stayed so far. We called and complained and someone came and cleaned the freezer, changed the shower head in second bedroom (STILL NO HOT WATER) and the mold is still there. They repaired a broken lampshade. We would have loved to spend time on balcony but not very inviting.
