Ok for a visit to a sporting event in Puerto Banús

It was cheap and cheerful, no extras or comfort but value for our budget trip

Gross, smelly, uncomfortable and unfunctioning

The terrace

The smart doors didn’t work, the showers ran out of water mid way through using them, the receptionist wasn’t there most of the time. The single room was like a prison cell. The bed was very uncomfortable. There was no mattress protector. It smelt of old smoke. I would not stay there again.

It's bad...

The sheets and towels were clean

The blankets were very old and smelly. The shower curtains were also very old and dirty and the shower cubicle was super small so the curtain is sticking to you body. The man at the reception was very grumpy and one word answering... The roof was leaking in the corridor and the floor was dangerously slippery because of that. The tiles were cracked all over and crumbly under the feet. I didn't have even a rubbish bin in the room or mirror, no wardrobe or shelve to put my clothes so they just had to stay in my suitcase on the floor... I will never go back again... Yes it's cheep but be prepared for dreadful condition...

Bright, clean and completely fine for the price range.

I checked in online which was easy enough* arrived and parked up free on street nearby, proceeded to room found it was in use and full of stuff, went to seek reception, and was greeted by a staff member already aware of the issue, and he was already prepared, so insted of just simply changing rooms he upgraded mine (to include bathroom) due the error. Room, was clean, brigh, and easy to black out daylight - coudln't hear other guests, slept well. * (nb, I found this objectionable whilst secure sharing data online, can also be accessed by Junta Andalucia)

The bathroom didn't have good ventilation, not a big deal as there was air conditioning, and the bed was a bit narrow, the checkin process asking for ID is always better handled in person at reception Spain records this data, the state can look at it.

When I checked in my bedroom was disorganized and smelled awful ,I waited 30 minutes to clean the bedroom. Nobody answer my phone and I paid twice.at night too much noise and too much light ,nobody didn't respect to us.there isnot quelt in the bedroom.

The room was so dirty there were dirty sheets and rubbish from last guests and dirty towels also. I didn't stop I went somewhere else as there weren't anyone to complain too.

Good value for money and helpful staff, however you can hear everything from the rooms around.

The room was very clean and included enough amenities for my entire stay. The staff was super friendly and accommodating when I unexpectedly had to stay 2 extra nights. I like that the doors have a code system so that you do not have to worry about a key. The city centre and beach are at walking distance and the roof terrace is very nice. I would definitely stay here again, great value for money.

You can hear everything from the other rooms and the hallway and it is very loud. At first it was also slightly difficult to understand how to enter the building, but someone was there to help.

if you want a good price and stay a safe place this is a good option.

Very good price for what we get. Good size rooms. tv, air con, towels, clean bedsheets, shampoo, shower gel and quite central.

I did not like the receptionist. Not very friendly or helpful. but it is what it is.
