Charming and quaint, this restored island home will make you smile! Located just outside downtown, this home is close to everything! Just a short walk to the carnival grounds and to historic downtown. Perfect location if you want to be near the action. With a cute little yard and an outside shower this is a great rental for children and pets. Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival will receive 100% of refund of all monies minus $ 39 Processing Fee and Any Credit Card Convenience Fees Paid. If less then 30 days: the advanced rent is only refundable subject to the following: The property is re-rented for the same period. Re-rental of less than a full week will be refunded on a pro-rated basis. The Agent will retain a $39.00 processing charge and any convenience fees charged. *Deposits are not refunded for ANY reason (including bad weather). ( NO WASHER/DRYER) Pet friendly home $75. per pet fee will be added to your reservation. This home is not providing linens or towels. Please bring your own or call us to rent them.

The house is at a good location to walk to shops and was nice and clean. We had a few things that were not as described, that is my reason for the three stars under general condition, but I did let the rental management know and they helped get this corrected. The house is older and not modern but that is ok since it is a pet friendly house, and you don't have to worry about things getting broken. I was told that some things are currently getting replaced (grill and porch screens) so if this happened, I would stay there again. Only thing I would note is that it sleeps 6 but the kitchen only has seating for 4 so you wouldn't be able to eat at the table together.

Great location-close to Pitt. Our host was amazing! I left a review, but it must not have uploaded. Definitely a great place to stay.

It was not very clean spider webs everywhere and lots of spiders. Weeds around the front door make it un-usable and the weeds by the back door that get caught in the door.
