Small single-storey house of 45 m² with terrace and small garden, for 4 people, facing South, comprising:
- A living room/kitchen with a new BZ 140, 102 cm flat screen TV, a kitchen equipped with a 4-burner ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, mini oven, microwave, plancha, coffee maker, kettle, toaster...
- A bedroom with 140x190 bed, dresser and TV.
- A bathroom with walk-in shower. Separate toilet.
- A hallway with large cupboard, washing machine.
- A terrace with garden furniture, parasol.
- a private parking space at the entrance to the residence (pedestrian residence).

The residence includes a communal swimming pool; it is currently under construction; it may not be open this summer 2026; the rental price already takes this into account. If it opens, the price will not be increased.

Rental not adapted to the reception of disabled people
Household and bed linen not provided; mattress protectors and disposable pillowcases (at your disposal).
Possibility of renting household and bed linen from our service provider.
Pets not allowed and house non-smoking.

Bike rental next to the residence, many cycle paths and walking paths. Beach (2km), town centre (2km) market (2km).
Fortnightly rental preferred in the summer.
Our rates include: water, electricity and electric heating; except for tourist tax in addition.
Cleaning at the expense of the tenant (or can be arranged by our service provider)
