The built-in kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and much more.
Two beautiful bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed and satellite TV. One bedroom features a spacious walk-in closet.
The bathroom has a shower, a bathtub, and a toilet. A washing machine and dryer are available free of charge.
The floors in the living and dining area as well as in the bathroom are tiled. The bedrooms have oiled oak parquet flooring.
All windows are fitted with pleated blinds.
From the living-dining area, you can step out onto the beautiful bamboo deck and into the lovely small, sheltered garden. There you’ll find outdoor furniture and a built-in grill for relaxing evenings.
Additional amenities include: a DVD player, an ironing board and iron, and a clothes rack.
Your parking space is located right by the house, and there is storage space in the shed for any bicycles you bring with you.

The ferry terminal, with connections to the islands of Norderney and Juist, is right nearby. The surrounding area also offers many biking and hiking trails along the dikes, ideal for excursions into nature. A perfect location to enjoy the North Sea and East Frisia to the fullest.
