There is also 4 full bathrooms and a washer and dryer in the home for added convenience!
The gorgeous Atlantic Ocean is right across the street and this is a stunning stretch of beach for plenty of fun in the sun! Enjoy long walks, smashing in the waves, and catching some sun (or an afternoon nap!) all while being just steps from our beautiful condo and your new home away from home.

* We have a minimum renter age of 25 and guest 25 or older must be residing during the entire stay.
*This is a non-smoking home.
* Check-in is 4:00pm, Check-out is 10:00am
*Outdoor pool is closed around November 1-April 1st
*Check in information will be sent 3 days before check in
*Motorcycles, golfcarts, and trailers are permitted.
*Propane grill on property.
*Washer/Dryer located in home.
*Daily housekeeping unavailable.
*Starter bag with one role of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and dish-soap provided.
*Four parking spaces provided. No street parking.
*Drip coffee maker provided in unit.
*Rentals one month or longer will require a monthly walkthrough by management staff.
*Dogs are allowed/ NO cats. 2 dog limit, maximum 25 pounds each.
*Renters must clean up after their pets to avoid additional charges.
Policies:
-For payments made directly to Carolina Palm Vacations: Names must match on reservation, payment method, and photo ID. If the name on your reservation is not the same as the card holder, reservations will be subject to cancelation.
-Photo IDs are required for all reservations across all platforms.
-Weather Policy: For any stays during the summer and fall, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Refunds and reschedules are only issued in the event of a mandatory city-wide evacuation, or if the property becomes uninhabitable due to prolonged power outage or flood.
-Pool disclaimer: In the event of unscheduled maintenance or changing HOA procedures Carolina Palm Vacations does not guarantee pool use during a stay. We will do everything in our power to give notification in advance about any closure.

Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an extra night to your stay if needed.

2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.
3. If departure procedures are not followed, additional charges will apply.
4. If there is damage to the linens or the property, additional charges will apply.
5. $150 Inconvenience fee if property is still occupied (after 10 a.m. on check-out day) when housekeepers arrive.
6. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.
7. CREDIT CARD USED AT BOOKING MUST MATCH NAME ON RESERVATION AND PHOTO ID. Otherwise, your booking will not be valid.

The house was smaller than expected, but worked well for our large group. The air conditioning is old and has a hole it in, so when it rained for two days, it stopped working. Luckily the men in the house knew some electrical and were able to fix it quickly with some duct tape. The property management company was super quick to respond and apologize.
There is quite an infestation of German cockroaches in this house, so be sure to wash any dishes in the cabinets before using them. They were all over the kitchen and the bathrooms.
The location is perfect - walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and grocery store.

This house was a great location. The house is for girl and boys over 21 but not for families! Layout was very werid and bathrooms were very small
