We loved the area. Beautiful neighborhood and easy to get anywhere. The home well accommodated our family for graduation. The host was easy to communicate with, and instructions were clear. The home was perfect.

The condo is located minutes from everything. It was the best little retreat for our family to enjoy our college student over a long weekend.

I want to start by saying the house is really nice and as advertised. A couple of problems though. Check in was strange as normally you get a code and check in instructions the morning of. I didn’t receive any, so I had to go into Vrbo and saw it said to text the host when we arrive. There was no phone number though. I sent a Vrbo message and got a message back before we got there, so it did work out, but if we had already arrived, we would have just been waiting. 2 days into our stay, our son walked in from getting his books and there was a stranger walking down the stairs… obviously, unnerving. My son tried to talk to him but he didn’t speak English. He was wearing an AC company shirt. My son called me and I messaged the host (still no phone number to call). I was obviously freaked out and his response to me was “take a deep breath.” He said these guys have worked for him for years and there was a leak in AC. We didn’t report anything wrong with AC (it worked fine) and had no notice of anything….super scary and sketchy.
I asked him to make them leave which he said he would, but 20 minutes later when my husband got there, the van was still out front but they couldn’t find the man. He was in the attic and wouldn’t answer when they were yelling up there to see if he was there. The whole thing was very unnerving and honestly, I was really out off by the hosts response of “take a deep breath,” as if I was overreacting to a stranger being in the house.
