3 yr. old townhome features community family room, gourmet kitchen, washer/dryer, safe, secure parking & fenced backyard. *This space currently offers a private bathroom but this MAY change if the second bedroom rents.
I own and live in the space so you're assured it's always quiet and clean (the home is professionally cleaned (bi-weekly) including your room and changing the bed linens for no additional charge). Guestroom features queen bed, plenty of storage, WIFI, all utilities and several streaming services. Firepit, projector and 6 foot screen available for use in the backyard.
*This room shares a bathroom IF the second room is rented.

Very nice quiet place conveniently located. The home is very clean, attractive, and comfortably furnished. Brenda is an excellent, thoughtful hostess supplying everything needed for a comfortable living experience. She continually shows her thoughtfulness in practical ways, doing so unobtrusively and giving the guests their space. Would definitely stay here again in the future!
