The location was excellent, the apartment was spacious and well-appointed, and check-in was smooth and hassle-free. The space had everything we needed and was comfortable throughout our stay. Communication with the host was easy whenever we needed anything. Overall the setting and the apartment itself genuinely exceeded our expectations.

Overall the setting and the apartment itself genuinely exceeded My one real disappointment: I paid a separate cleaning fee, yet no cleaning service appeared on any of the five days of my stay. For a stay you're paying a premium for, the absence of housekeeping took away a lot of the luxury, comfort, and ease that the price is meant to cover. Fortunately I happen to be a tidy person by nature, so I actually handed the apartment back cleaner than I received it. Still, paying for a service that was never delivered is something I'd hope you'd want to make right. I'd gently challenge you to consider offering a complimentary night or something comparable to balance things out. Looking forward to hearing from you.
