A very comfortable and relaxing getaway

The location was great, the directions and instructions were easy to follow. The kitchen had everything needed I particularly liked the book selection and the view was great

The chalet is small and perfectly formed. Like the tardis it's bigger on the inside. has everything you need facilities wise. Great location! just a short walk from the beach and Lyme Regis itself. Great to have parking available too so no stress about where to leave the car or paying parking fees.

Nothing to do with the chalet itself, just something to be aware of - the chalet does sit behind the Furniture and Boat builders building so there was occasionally some noise from there during our stay.

Self Catering Good Breakfast Cooked by us ! Location was exellent though pictures of views were a bit misleading

The cooker is an induction hob .Great when you got it working but no Instructions that we could find. The front windows do not open unless there is a knack we did not find,Although Chalet doors open,not always best if you have a dog. We thought that the Chalet could do with some TLC ,some nice touches but some things lacking.The light bulb in the bathroom went out and no replacement bulbs. On arrival there was an unpleasant smell in the kitchen.On further inspection it was water leaking from the fridge on to the floor. The Condensing unit was full with foul liquid .After messaging the host and no offer of coming to check was made.We pulled the fridge out cleaned and disinfected behind it and took out condensing unit and cleaned. Two hours of our holiday were wasted .

Everything. More spacious than it looks, easy check in, excellent location with great views. Heating worked well and great shower. Can't fault anything, we had a lovely time there as a family.

Fantastic chalet

Fantastic location with just a short walk to the beach, shops, restaurants and pubs. Good use of the space with everything we needed for our stay. Really clean. Despite being winter, we were warm and cosy. Went for New Year and enjoyed fireworks on the beach to see in the new year.

If i had to mention anything it would be condensation on the windows, but this is obviously a seasonal thing.

Nice little cottage close to the beach.

We got an email from the host with specific and accessible directions. The location was perfect for our stay and because we went just as the season was coming to a close, there were only a couple of other guests staying near the property, so it was nice and quiet! It is a small place, but it provided everything we needed for our time in Lyme Regis!

The flooring at the house is a bit like a fun house! It has quite a lean to it and the many rugs are a slip/tripping hazard. We also thought it was priced a bit high, but I guess most things are these days! I think if we had gone in the busy season, I would not have liked the fact that all the houses are within a foot of each other.

location and eclectic furnishings. little welcoming touches like the pint of milk in the fridge. the library of books and of course the view

no property details (that we could find). e.g. there was a bistro set but we didn’t find it until the last day. the ridge between the kitchen and the lounge which everybody stubbed their toes on (including the dog).

Property with amazing sea view in superb location.

Location was superb, 2 mins walk to the beach whilst not close to the main carpark therefore pretty quiet even during busy hours. Not massive property but enough for us with 2 adults 2 kids and 2 dogs. Beds are comfy to me. Scenery views were amazing you won't be disappointed. Good communication with property owner and clear instructions were given of where to find the property and key. I will definitely come back to this property next time. *nothing to deal with the property but just a tip of eating in Lyme Regis. A lot of restaurants close at 9-930pm and impossible to get a table without booking in many of them. We wanted to get pizza takeaway the other day and were told the restaurant was fully booked that night so they wouldn't do takeaway. Kitchen in the property is well equipped so we cooked our own food instead.

loved it - weather was a bit cool but the heating available meant we were cozy, it has a fab atmosphere relaxed and comf

it was very cute whilst being small it had everything we needed. the beds were comfy, the kitchen well equipped with a lovely view from the sitting room over the bay and up the coast. we loved it.

the dining table, too big and heavy to drag out for every meal but there were only two of us so we were happy to eat on trays or outside admiring the view.

Excellent and highly recommended

Beautiful views and excellent location. Tucked away but only a short walk into town. It’s very quiet and peaceful. As there were 4 of us staying we were very impressed with the pull out table and 4 chairs we could all sit together for breakfast. The kitchen is a perfect size and extremely well-equipped. We were overall very happy and had a great stay. We had everything we needed.
