**Not suitable for a long stay without your own transport – too many unnecessary restrictions** I stayed here for 16 days. The apartment itself is decent and the price was reasonable, but after a longer stay the practical problems became very noticeable. The kitchen is not properly equipped for a long-stay guest. There was no pressure cooker or grinder in the apartment. After I mentioned this following checkout, the owner told me that these items were actually available downstairs and that I could have asked Mr Gupta for them. This is rather strange: guests cannot request equipment they don't know exists. If basic kitchen equipment is available for guests, why not simply keep it in the kitchen? The swimming-pool area was another concern. The flooring around the pool becomes extremely slippery and I slipped several times. I reported this to the owner because I consider it a genuine safety issue. The pool also closes from 12–3 pm, which I found inconvenient. Location is important to understand before booking. You really need a scooter or car here. Public transport is not conveniently accessible and for a foreign tourist without personal transport I would not recommend this location. Swiggy delivery, however, worked well. I also found the management unnecessarily complicated. When an Indian friend stayed with me for a few days, there were numerous messages about security permission, arrival and departure times and informing management, despite the apartment being rented as a complete unit. I cooperated and supplied all requested information, but the whole process felt far more restrictive than expected for a holiday apartment. There are positives: the apartment itself was fine, the price was competitive, and communication with the owner remained polite. But after 16 days my overall impression was that too many basic things require contacting somebody, asking permission or requesting items that should simply be available in a self-catering apartment.

A great budget option right next to Dabolim airport and safe surroundings. Apartment complex is very well maintained as was the apartment, which had all the basics required for a comfortable stay. Essentially there is one bedroom with a double bed and a sofa cum bed in the hall, which suited us just fine. Food options are basic but food delivery apps work so not a concern. Will stay again.

As a budget option, the property provides what is advertised.

Location close to airport and other places of interest

This is the best place to stay near Dabolim. The cleanliness, the hygiene, the comfort and the facilities available, especially the security is of next level. I would recommend the property to everyone who is trying to find a place near Dabolim.
