Sehr unkompliziert. Einfacher Zugang. Schnelle Rückmeldung auf Fragen. Velo konnte in der Garage eingestellt werden (notfalls auch auf der Terrasse - 1. OG). Sehr zentral. Alles liegt sehr nahe::Läden, Bus, Zug, Zentrum, Restaurants, Bäckerei …
Die Lüftung in der Küche war etwas laut, sie arbeiten aber daran.
