Studio Tara at the Beach with Private Parking

Dear Smiling Host and Booking.com, Greetings, It was nice to be in this place. Little tiny, but quite good. One thing we felt tortured about check in and check out time. Like we have to check out 11 May. The owner or caretaker put off the light at 9.30 a.m. Of coarse we were out from the property 09;55 a.m. We didn’t like the attitude. The same problem was about check in. Rest all was great.

This part has nothing to do with Tara studio. Apart that, We are doing our most of the bookings, flights, hotels, apartments via Booking.com. Like we paid 2025-2026 more than € 8.000 for our bookings and flights. But booking.com doesn’t have any control. We cannot expect any response. For an example, we did a booking Lifeline Villas, 13-16 February 2026, in India, Mahabaleshwar. Property was more than 4 star. Person contacted with another phone number through WhatsApp with the name of Lifeline Villas. His name Omkar pressed us to get the full payment. We paid full payment. As booking date came near, got the message Your booking has been cancelled from booking.com. Again Mr. Omkar contacted us from life line villa, said Sir, your booking is cancelled but we will give you the same booking same place because you already paid us. What we understood this life line villa was playing like mafia and having two life line WhatsApp’s accounts. So they did two bookings without our knowledge. So, They let it cancelled our booking through booking.com intentionally. As we went on our booking date, we found property was very bad, not even 1 star. In that way, this mafia from Lifeline Villas trapped to us and booking.com. We did police complaint. But we lost our money. Now Booking.com has a record they cancelled our booking. But in fact they cheated also booking.com and simultaneously to us. We did not stay in that place. We missed money and quality time. And search another property by our own and again paid. One prepares so much, one will enjoy the holidays. No body can give compensation of it. So, our request to booking. Com, we are members of booking.com so long, but till date we did not get any proper response. We will be happy to get our money from booking.com 395 euro. apx.
