La ubicación es excelente.Muy bien decorado y con vistas a la bahía desde donde se puede ver la puesta de sol y el amanecer ideales. El mobiliario muy cómodo y con todo lo necesario.
El edificio está en obras y hay un andamio en toda la fachada que te impide disfrutar plenamente de las magníficas vistas. Fuimos en plena ola de calor. El apartamento no está preparado para el calor, pues al no tener ventilación cruzada, el fresco de la cercanía al mar no entra en el interior. Solo teníamos un ventilador no muy potente que usábamos toda la noche. El ventanal tiene unos buenos cristales aislantes del ruido y del frio, pero debido al calor teníamos que mantener abiertos. El domingo en el muelle empezaron a trabajar con una lijadora desde las 5 de la madrugada seguido hasta las 7.

Aunque está en remodelación el edificio, las vistas son hermosísimas, Pablo la persona que nos recibió muy amable, el apartamento encantador y muy cómodo.
