Need to park your vessel? Located immediately in front of the home is a 9 metre concrete pontoon, providing excellent mooring facilities for your vessel.

Modern, comfortable with gorgeous views and lots of space for the 12 of us to be together but also have quiet time. Easy walk to the Alehouse for dinner.
The balcony was lovely AFTER we cleaned it, especially the loads of bird /duck poo on the chair cushions. Need a cover or at very least put the cushions away.
Had a problem with the upstairs power which couldn’t be fully resolved but the agent and owner tried their best.
Somewhat bemused by the list of rules and reminders on what we couldn’t do and had to do. A little confused whether our visit for my 60th came under the prohibited ‘party’ rule but thought not. Ages ranged from 60 to 78, but assume they have had trouble with guests before.
Overall very lovely and we were luckily with the glorious weather.
PS we all wondered how on earth they changed the downlight globes in the lounge/dining area! 😊

A beautiful Marina front home. We had a wonderful family holiday, enjoying all the activities the pontoon offered. The boat ramp was close for launching our boats and the fishing was good; although not many crabs around this time...
