A very spacious villa with extremely nice grounds, very clean and well maintained. The owner speaks good English very helpful, very informative with helping us plan were to go. Nothing was too much to ask for great Italian hospitality.

The structure was suggested to us by our friends who were guests of Villa Regina Elena Vittoria last December, they were enthusiastic about it and, I must say they were absolutely right, The Villa is wonderful! Hopefully we will back for summer.

Perfect structure. Large and airy rooms. Professional kitchen. Beautiful setting in a tranquil location. Friendly host.

Nice garden, beautiful villa with nice pool. Good airco (be aware of the extra costs - 10 euro per room per night), and dark rooms to sleep with good beds.
The owner of the property was constantly around, checking and commenting on what we did or had to do. He was using the pool area and the sun beds in the evening. He was also constantly on the phone making loud and emotional phone calls.
The where a lot of cameras around (probably for our safety), but they where constantly moving and lighting up, when we where moving.
Although the owner probably didn’t mean it this way, it felt like we had no privacy.
