Luxury Buenavista el Charco + private parking

Accueil direct avec le logeur qui nous fait visiter (très appréciable) à l’heure fixée 👍. Emplacement idéal à Arecife, sur le Charco. Vue époustouflante depuis l’appartement. Appartement de grand standing avec toutes les commodités (lave-linge ,sèche linge , lave-vaisselle…) Grand salon, grande salle à manger et grande chambre avec armoire et rangement ++. Très grand lit confortable. Il y a deux rouleaux de papier toilette. Parking au sous-sol du bâtiment très pratique.

Il n’y a pas de produit pour la douche certes, mais superDino à 2mn à pied avec vaste choix de produits!

Skvelá poloha a parkovanie priamo v budove. Byt je priestranný.

Na byte nenájdete okrem toho, že je zariadený vôbec nič. Chýbajú základné maličkosti ako napr šampón/ kondicionér/ sprchovací gél; v kuchyni by potešil aspoň olej/ soľ/ korenie či káva 🤷🏻‍♀️, alebo aspoň pár kapsulí do pračky. Ubytovanie ničím neprekvapilo. Prenajímateľ zjavne volí cestu “bare minimum” a žiadnymi vecami “navyše” sa nezaťažuje. Nevravím ani, že sú potrebné, ale vhľadom k cene ubytovania by nemali chýbať.

Die Wohnung ist ein Traum! Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und der Blick auf den Charco ist zu jeder Tageszeit wunderschön. Das Bett ist sehr bequem und ein weiteres Plus ist der Tiefgaragenplatz. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, so dass man sich auch mal selbst versorgen kann. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit gerne wieder kommen.

Interior and style - very very pleasant apartment. The breezy big windows are gorgeous.

Not the easiest to get to the apartment. Location is not bad, however this city is not basically for the tourists - which is not necessarily a downside, but good to keep in mind. The accomodation had no basic amendities (like salt, sugar or some coffee or anything like that) for this price we usually expect a little more. Noisy downstairs neighbours (crying baby at dawn everyday, who was deliberately brought out onto the terrace) - not unbearable, but again for this price we wanted a stay where we can relax a sleep in peace.
