Some appliances did not work correctly, and this was known to the letting agents previously. We were pleased with the corrective actions undertaken by contractors but not so impressed with the reactions of the staff at the office when we visited to emphasise our disappointment. They reacted as if they couldn't care less, and gave the impression of ambivalence to our concerns. In saying that, we were pleased at the response received by phone calls. We did have an issue with the cluttered access to the boiler in closet. We took some photos and gave them to the letting agents.

First class property in a first-class location. All we wanted and more. Right smack bang in the middle of the town so walking distance to the whole of StAndrews.

Only thing I can think of is a shower mat in the shower, when wet the floor was a bit slippery.

The location was good but the flat itself was not very clean, the carpets had lots of stains some areas were grubby on doors and walls. The purple sofa was not comfortable or supportive, it was in need of a window cleaner and a lick of paint.
