Это частный гостевой дом в строящемся коттеджном микрорайоне. Номера люкс-комфорта. Хороший солидный не вычурный ремонт с проработанными деталями, как в интерьере, так и в мелочах по комфорту. Тихо и спокойно в темное время. Удобная мягкая кровать. Вай-фай хороший, смарт-тв, кондиционер.
Находится на окраине города, далековато добираться. Остановка общественного транспорта в 10-15 минутах, дороги еще не все заасфальтированы.

Завтрак классический, вкусный. Местоположение отеля тихое. Кому нравиться отдохнуть от городской суеты в самый раз. К хозяевам можно обратиться по любому вопросу- помогут!
