The proximity to amenities, size of unit, supplies within the unit
Parking, while there was parking close to the room it was limited and first come first serve basis, didn’t get parking near the room often, especially after late evening events, assigned parking would have been better. Also upon arrival one bathroom toilet wouldn’t flush, had to message owner and had maintenance come in fix it the following day. Owner was very responsive on getting it fixed

Beautiful setting and beautiful layout and amazing bathrooms and bedrooms. Loved the living room and kitchen.
Always running out of parking every evening I would show up and I had to create a spot to park, and I was disabled and to walk up an incline was not the best.

Location was amazing! Property feels like new. Owner was easy to work with and extremely accommodating! Will be our go to place when we return if it’s available!
