We stayed 9 days, and found the unit pretty much as advertised. It was comfortable and worked out very well for our trip.
Check in was a bit delayed as the cleaning crew arrived at the same time our family did, so the place had not been cleaned yet. After a waiting for the cleaning to be completed and letting them know that the bedding on one of the beds had not been changed, everything was put in order. l tried to contact the owner about this but did not get a response. Contact with someone about problems could be improved.
There are some minor maintenance things that could be addressed as the age and use are starting to show. For instance the shower door in the master bath is missing a wheel so it has to be lifted to open and close it. Not a big problem but a minor irritation.
There is no information provided to access the gated/locked pool area.
Overall we were quite comfortable and enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

The stay went well although on the first night I arrived and housekeeping was a no show. I tried contact the host, but the number was a non working number. I then contacted customer service, and after 30 minutes waiting I got a respond and he contacted the host on a 3 way call. The host was not aware that housekeeping was a no show. She apologized and got my personal number so she can call me back right away with a solution. She contacted me right away stating the owner of the cleaning company lives close by, and will be there in 10 minutes. The owner arrived with help from her crew so in 30-40 minutes the house was clean. The house was not dirty but sheets needed to be change, trash taken out and fresh towels. They clean everything pretty quickly as it was 6 of them helping each other. I was happy with the outcome and the help from the host.
