• Grilling is prohibited. Penalty: Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine.
• Bicycles, motorcycles, mopeds, and trailers are not allowed.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $200.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• NO PETS ALLOWED. Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots.
• Gatherings of more than 7 people including both overnight guests and visitors are not allowed and may be subject to eviction.
• House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction.
• Car parking passes & physical key should be left in the room upon check out otherwise you will be charged $200.

This was the perfect place for the 5 of us. I had myself, my husband, 2- 17 year olds and my 2 year old son. It was the perfect walk to the beach for all of us. We vould let the 17 year olds go and not stress. The only thing I would change is maybe give a key instead of a code. That way you font have to take your phone with you if you dont memorize the code. Otherwise this place was great and well stocked.

If you want a quiet place that is super convenient to the beach with a short drive to anything you need or want this is the place. Super easy. Great location. There was more than enough room for our 2 teens and us. Wonderful balcony view of the beach and ocean. We'll be coming back for sure this winter and next summer. Only downfall was it's on the third floor with no elevator. Great place and experience.

Great place! This is our second year here and it never disappoints!! Perfect location, clean condo, great decor, all the things you need! Wish master bed was a little bigger but it is still a comfy bed! All the amenities are perfect!
