About this cabin rental
Year round fun on Pokegama Lake, within the Chetek Chain of Lakes. Located along a "no wake zone", you can enjoy watching the boats idle by from the lakeside fire pit or the 4-season room. There are no steps down to the shoreline where there are two private docks and swimming platform. Quick access to several bars/restaurants and less than 2 miles to downtown Chetek. Newly remodeled. 2 bedroom and sleeper sofa in living room. Pets welcome. During peak season, only Sunday to Sunday rentals will be accommodated.

Cabin is clean and cozy. Perfect view of the lake. Had a couple of questions and the owner was very responsive. Would stay again and also recommend to others.

I have to say our stay was some what disappointing.The place itself was attractive enough but lacking some pretty basic amenities. No shelves or cupboard for our groceries. No place to hang ,hang up clothes,other than hooks.There was no HOT water for the shower. Tepid at best!Why no shade for the front window? The view is beautiful but the early morning sun is blinding. Can't read or watch the early morning news without sunglasses!Now, the biggie. The beds are horrible! Played musical beds,to no avail. Since returning home, I am now seeing a chiropractor.I encountered ants and spiders. The window sills need to be cleaned. Needless to say we won't be back.
