The room still looked damaged from flooding and not renovated from that incident. There was damage to the trim and bottom of bathroom door from water, and evidence of past mold in tub. The kitchen cabinet had veneer peeling off and ceiling light fixture was not secured. We used the dehumidifier and it didn't turn off when full so woke up to a puddle on the floor.
I'd definitely stay here again, just not in this downstairs room unless fixed.
