The home is very nice and is convenient for a gathering of family and/or friends. The yard is not groomed but the fire pit is a nice addition for evenings around the fire and for making s'mores. The lid on the hot tub was broken but was being replaced. All in all a nice stay for our family!

Sam was very communicative and has a beautiful home. Great for a get together. The backyard fire pit and the views were the highlights for us.

I appreciate the hospitality, communication, and the home. Has nice appliances, pans for cooking, and comfortable beds. I like that the pantry, cupboard spaces, and fridge were clear for my food. Helps me settle right in and be right at home. Thank you!
